Storm Mackay is a positioning expert and former copywriter. They are the reason this publication is readable. They also have a dog that inspired a mascot, which tells you everything you need to know.

Between us we have sat on both sides of the brief, as the people writing the strategy and as the people being told their brand is fine when it clearly isn't.
